When did you get that camera? I like. :) This is a really nice portrait. You can see a glimpse of you two's friendship there. Adds a bit of warmth to the shot, but then again, those warm tones in the background help out with that too. :)

The simplicity of it makes it a nice photo. I like the blurred effect of the background and the ultra clarity of your subject.

That's just all natural, haha. The lens has a 2.8fstop. Makes natural, amazing DOF (everything in focus is extra sharp, everything outside of focus is beautiful bokeh)
